Allows you to use instant messaging to contact a LendingPad Team Member.

Click on the Chat button at the bottom right corner of your screen.

Enter your message and a LendingPad Team Member will respond shortly. If your message is sent after business hours, a team member will be emailed, and will respond usually within 24 hours or depending on your SLA. Your LP Team Member will ask you to describe your questions or problem, and do their best to talk you through next steps or possible solutions.

Please make sure your browser allows pop-ups, and you have no plug-ins enabled that could prevent the Live Chat window from opening.
