API Terms are outlined below:

  • API is provided as is, it is LendingPad's standard to follow to allow LendingPad approved systems to talk to the LOS.  Upon an NDA, clients can evaluate.
  • API is only available to Lender Edition clients with a fee depending on complexity. 
  • API Agreement must be executed prior to development and provisioning. 
  • Support response time follows our standard support schedule.
  • If there is an outage, contact support@lendingpad.com.
  • Current import and export rates are within 30 minutes.
  • For the unqualified developers or companies hired to handle the API work, we reserve the right to enforce a qualified contractor to assist with this effort.  
  • Dedicated support rate API including touchbase calls, developer questions related to API is billed at standard support rate.
  • Support desk's response to API requests - answer basic questions such as providing the keys or a testing site access/update documentation.   For questions outside of the scope, a dedicated paid screenshare support session could be provided.  Or contact an approved consultant who has completed this integration in the past.
