Broker-specific compensation in the wholesale edition

This walk-through will show wholesale lenders how to turn on custom comp plans to sync from their PPE of choice.

NOTE: Please do not delete or turn off the PPE setup in Settings > Actions > Pricing Provider as this will turn off for ALL brokers associated with the wholesaler. Each would need to be turned back on one by one in this instance.
