Choose Your MFA Method (SMS or Google Authenticator)

This setting applies to your own login only. Each user can set their own MFA method in their Profile.

Part 1: Select and set your MFA provider

  1. In the top-right corner, click your username to open the dropdown menu.
  2. Select Profile.
  3. Click Edit Profile.
  4. In the Additional section, open the MFA Provider dropdown.
  5. Choose one of the following:
    • SMS – enter your mobile phone number to receive login codes by text.
    • Google Authenticator – click Save. Back on your Profile page, click Show next to the Authenticator code. In your Authenticator app, tap + → Scan QR code, then point your phone’s camera at the QR code. A 6-digit code will appear in the app for login.

Part 2: If you need to install Google Authenticator

iPhone (iOS)

  1. Open the App Store.
  2. Search Google Authenticator.
  3. Tap Get → Install.
  4. Open the app and grant Camera access so you can scan QR codes.
Android
  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Search Google Authenticator.
  3. Tap Install.
  4. Open the app and grant Camera access so you can scan QR codes.
