Dashboard

The Dashboard is the center for providing you with an overview of the statuses of loans.

On this screen, you can easily determine statistics on loans at a glance, such as the number of cases in the pipeline, and the number of loans in each status. A variety of modules are available, allowing you to review extensive details from a single screen.

To access the Dashboard, click the Dashboard menu item at the top of the application.

The Dashboard contains the following modules.

  • Last Modified Loans. This module displays the 5, 10, 15, 20 or 25 loans that have been most recently modified. The number of loans that displayed can be changed using the drop-down field at the top of the module. Each loan displays the name of the borrower, the branch associated with the loan, the date and time the loan was last modified, and the status of the loan. You can click the loan number to access and edit the details of the loan.

  • Loan Report Counts. The loan report counts section includes several modules that show counts for the number of loans that are in certain statuses. These modules can also be used to access the corresponding reports, where the loans included in the counts can be reviewed in more detail. To access a report for a module, click the count link.

    The following modules are included in the Loan Report Counts section.

    • 3 Day. The 3 Day module displays the number of active loans for which an application has been taken, but no Loan Estimate date is recorded.

    • 10 Day. The 10 Day module displays the number of active loans with a Loan Estimate date, but no Intent to Proceed date.

    • 30 Day. The 30 Day module displays active loans for which a credit decision has not been made within seven days of reaching 30 days since the application date. For example, a loan for which an application was taken on May 30th, but for which a credit decision has not been made by the 23rd is displayed on this module.

      Loans included in this module also do not have any of the following dates: Approve, Suspend, CTC, Closing, Funded, Purchased, Servicing, Denied, Withdrawn, Incomplete, Not Accepted.

    • Prepare CD. The prepare CD module displays active loans with a Schedule to Close Requested date, but no CD date.

    • Track Back CD. The Track Back CD module displays active loans with a CD date, but no CD Received date.

    • Stale. The Stale module displays active loans that have not been modified within the last 30 days and are not in Closed or Finalized status.

  • Active Pipeline. This module displays the number of cases (including Leads through Clear to Close) that are currently in the pipeline. This module displays as a bar chart, indicating the number of cases that are in different pipeline statuses, such as: Lead, Prospect, Pre Qualify, Pre Approval, Application Taken, Registered, Broker Initial Submission, Processing, Initial Submission, Approved, Suspended, Pre Deny, Broker Condition Submission, Condition Submission , and Clear to Close. The number of cases in each status displays in the bar chart. 

  • Loan Purpose. This module displays the Loan Purpose, number of loans, and total volume amount of cases that are currently in the pipeline. This module displays as a bar chart, indicating the total dollar amount of cases that are in different pipeline statuses, such as Purchase, No Cash Out Refinance, Cash Out Refinance, Construction Permanent, Construction, and Other. Hover your mouse over a bar to see the exact amount of all cases in the corresponding status. 

  • Brokers Production. This module displays the number of loans assigned to brokers. This module can help you determine broker production by number of loans and total loan volume. This module displays as a pie chart, indicating the number of loans assigned to each Broker. The brokers display to the right of the pie chart.

  • Completed Pipeline. This module displays completed loans along with the number of loans and total loan volume. This module displays as a bar chart, indicating the total number of loans that are in different completed statuses. Hover your mouse over a bar to see the exact amount of all loans in the corresponding  completed status.

  • Loan Officers Production. This module displays the number of loans that are assigned to loan officers, allowing you to easily determine where loans are in the origination process. This module displays as a pie chart, indicating the number of loans assigned to each loan officer, and total loan volume. Hover your mouse over a section of the pie chart to see how many loans are assigned to a loan officer.

  • Funding History. This module displays the funding history by month for the previous year. This module displays a line chart, indicating the number of loans and total loan volume as a dollar amount. Hover your mouse over a bar to see the exact amount of all loans funded for that month. 

  • Lock Expiration. This module displays locked loans and loans with expired locks. This module displays a pie chart, indicating the number of locked loans and loans with expired locks. Hover your mouse over the chart to see the number of loans in that status.
