DocuSign eSign Instructions

LendingPad has native integration with DocuSign.

Please see the below video on how to send to E-sign. Please note each envelope sent is $2.50 charged to the company card on file for the subscription.

  • Navigate to Actions
  • Click on Send/preview in the Print forms Section 
  • Search for and choose doc(s) or a package with the option at the top of the screen 
  • Click the E-sign Document button on the top right 
  • Enter any print form parameters for information that would not otherwise be generated from the file data. 
  • Hit Save & Continue in the top right 
  • Ensure there is an access code (you will have to relay the code to the borrower)
  • Hit Send Request to initiate the signing process.

 *As of 2/13/2022 Once signers have completed signing package docs will be generated in the e-sign documents folder. Whoever initially sent the request will get the notification of completion. Critical dates do not generate automatically.
