DocuSign eSign Instructions
LendingPad has native integration with DocuSign.
Please see the below video on how to send to E-sign. Please note each envelope sent is $2.50 charged to the company card on file for the subscription. If you are an enterprise account with Docusign see below tutorials if you wish to use your docusign account in LendingPad.
- Navigate to Actions
- Click on Send/preview in the Print forms Section
- Search for and choose doc(s) or a package with the option at the top of the screen
- Click the E-sign Document button on the top right
- Enter any print form parameters for information that would not otherwise be generated from the file data.
- Hit Save & Continue in the top right
- Ensure there is an access code (you will have to relay the code to the borrower)
- Hit Send Request to initiate the signing process.
DocuSign Access code
*As of 2/13/2022 Once signers have completed signing package docs will be generated in the e-sign documents folder. Whoever initially sent the request will get the notification of completion. Critical dates do not generate automatically.
*Enterprise accounts only (you will be billed at your normal rate directly through Docusign) - As of 11/7/2025 Docusign now supports company level credentials. Companies may enter their own account credentials. Please note the below links as some setup is required. Please reach out to docusign support for help with your account.
