      e036 Credit error?

      Error. Invalid Client Account Identifier.

      This error comes from the credit vendor and can mean either your username or password is not correct when running credit OR the credit card on file with them has been declined for various reasons. 

      You can check your credentials below depending on what your company has setup. 

      User:

      Please navigate to your profile in the top right. Click profile from the drop-down. Then, click on edit profile in the top right. Click on the Actions tab and find your vendor to enter your credentials.

      If you do not see anything in the actions tab this means your company is set to company credentials source type and follow the below.

      Company:

      Please check your company credit credentials. Sign on as Admin> Settings> Actions> Credit Report> Contacts tab> Update password> Top right> Save.
