      Fannie Mae 3.2 File Import - Program Selection

      Fannie Mae 3.2 file does not itself carry program information. Every LOS, lender define a file’s product differently. However when a 3.2 file gets imported, LendingPad will link to a program in company settings that matches this set of parameters below.

      Before 7/7/2019, LendingPad will link the first available program if no match is found. After 7/7/2019, LendingPad will leave program blank in the imported file.
