This is a DocMagic error about the setup within the Programs section.
- See this KB for IDS Program codes.
- System admins can navigate to the Settings > Programs section.
- Search or locate your corresponding program.
- Click the blue pencil icon to access the program.
- There is a field Code field to enter.
- The code must be entered exactly as it is given in all caps.

Go to the file, select a different Program, SAVE CHANGES, then select the correct Program and Save once more.
