# Fatal. # No Plan Code.

This is a DocMagic error about the setup within the Programs section.


 

  • System admins can navigate to the Settings > Programs section. 
  • Search or locate your corresponding program. 
  • Click the blue pencil icon to access the program. 
  • There is a field Code field to enter. 
  • The code must be entered exactly as it is given in all caps. 
  • Go to the file, select a different Program, SAVE CHANGES, then select the correct Program and Save once more.
