How to Create a Loan in Direct Channel - an User's Guide

Create a new loan in direct channel if a user has permission.

Step-by-step guide

To create a new loan or a new lead in direct channel

For Lead, click on "Lead" on menu, and "Create New Lead" on top right corner.

                          

 For Loan, click on "Pipeline" on menu, and click on "Create New Loan" on top right corner.

 

                          

                                                   

If user has permission to operate in Direct channel, he/she can create loans with separate company system administrator defined operating preferences (Fees, Programs, Rates, Secondary rules etc.).  All production in this channel for NMLS reporting purposes will be a part of retail channel reporting.
