How to enter DPA?
This article will guide users on how to enter a DPA.
Follow the steps below and refer to the following screenshots for step-by-step guidance.
If it is a grant or a DPA that is not to be recorded then you can enter it as a credit:

Go to Overview > Details of Transaction

Click Add Purchase Credit

Select Other from the dropdown

For Freddie Mac Loans

Go to Overview > Other Finance and enter the applicable terms

Navigate to Additional Data > Underwriting

Set AUS Type to LPA
-
Locate the Freddie Mac Program Type dropdown

Select Home Possible or the applicable option
-
Click Save
Note: In some cases, Freddie Mac products can be combined. If applicable, select HFA from the dropdown.
For Fannie Mae Loans

Go to Overview > Other Finance and enter the applicable terms

Navigate to Additional Data> Underwriting

Set AUS Type to DU

Set Community Lending Income Limit to Yes

Select a Product Type from the dropdown

If applicable, set Seconds to Yes and choose a Seconds Repayment Structure Type

Click Save
