How to enter supplemental insurance?

See the steps below on how to enter supplemental insurance within a file. 

  • Navigate to the overview (or loan and property if in 2025) > proposed housing expense section.
  • Within edit mode, users will see a supplemental insurance field.
  • Click the calculator icon and users will see options for supplemental insurance. 
  • Enter the dollar amount as a monthly dollar amount and the system will sync the amount and insurance name to the cost details section.
