How to enter Manufactured Home?

This article will summarize how to enter a manufactured home for AUS.

Within the loan,  go to the Additional tab > Appraisal Information section. 

Within the appraisal information section, navigate to the Construction Method Type and choose applicable (Manufacture or Mobile). Save changes in the top right and can run AUS. 

***NOTE****

On the Overview tab > Subject Property > Property type will not sync information with AUS MUST use the Appraisal Information section within the additional tab.
