      How to Import a Fannie Mae 3.2/3.4 File Into LendingPad?

      Step-by-step guide

      1.  Login to LendingPad.

      2. Click on the pipeline.

      3. Click on the Import loan button.

      4. Select the appropriate file format ("FNM32" for 3.2 files and "MISMO 3.4" for 3.4 files) and select branch and fnm32 file from your computer and click on import. (Users can select up to 100 files)

      5. Fannie Mae 3.2 file does not itself carry program information. Every LOS, lender define a file’s product differently. However when a 3.2 file gets imported, LendingPad will link to a program in company settings that matches this set of parameters below.

      Before 7/7/2019, LendingPad will link the first available program if no match is found. After 7/7/2019, LendingPad will leave program blank in the imported file.
