How to set the REO when Primary is a multi-unit?

• For a primary residence that is multi-unit, delete the gross rent, and then users need to open the padlock icon in the REO > key in 0, and leave the padlock icon unlocked
• Please then enter the gross rental income in the loan application tab > non-employment income section.
