How to set user role permissions?

Please be aware of each setting, as various combinations are available. Don't have contradicting permissions, as users may encounter an error within the files.

  • System admins can navigate to the Settings section 
  • Click on Users 
  • Click on User roles 
  • Click the blue pencil for the role you wish to edit 
  • Click on the loans tab 
  • Search for or navigate to the permission you wish to edit 
  • Click the blue pencil 
  • The system will default to statuses however admins may add a new group item to further customize permission settings.
  • Set the parameter to your desired setting. 
  • Click Save 
  • Click Save again. 
  • These settings control at what point the edit button or viewing options are available within the files. 
  • System admins may use other tabs to set permissions for the user role
  • If users do not see an edit button within the files then user role permissions need to be checked and altered per internal business processes.
