How to Setup ServiceLink Flood Report Action

  1. Login to LendingPad as a System Administrator

     

  2. Click on “Settings”

  3. Click on “Actions”

  4. Click on pencil icon with “Flood Report”

  5. Click on “Contacts” then select “ServiceLink” and enter Code (ServiceLink Flood Account Number)

  6. Click on “Save Changes” then go back and click on “Activate Action”




How to run ServiceLink Flood Report Action?

  1. Click on “Pipeline”

     

  2. Click on relevant “Loan Number”

  3. Click on edit with “Assignments” section to assign a “Loan Officer”

  4. Click on “Actions”

  5. Click on “Send” with “Flood Report”

  6. Select required options and click on “Send Request”

  7. Click on “View” and expand to see the “Flood Report” pdf document

  8. Click on “Upgrade” button to upgrade existing certification to other products and click on “Send Request”

  9. If the order is in pending status click on “Check Status” button to check the order status
