Login to LendingPad as a System Administrator
- Click on “Settings”
- Click on “Actions”
- Click on pencil icon with “Flood Report”
- Click on “Contacts” then select “ServiceLink” and enter Code (ServiceLink Flood Account Number)
- Click on “Save Changes” then go back and click on “Activate Action”
How to run ServiceLink Flood Report Action?

Click on “Pipeline”
- Click on relevant “Loan Number”
- Click on edit with “Assignments” section to assign a “Loan Officer”
- Click on “Actions”
- Click on “Send” with “Flood Report”
- Select required options and click on “Send Request”
- Click on “View” and expand to see the “Flood Report” pdf document
- Click on “Upgrade” button to upgrade existing certification to other products and click on “Send Request”
- If the order is in pending status click on “Check Status” button to check the order status
