How to Use Task Management in LendingPad?
Step-by-step guide
Notes:
- Users can only see tasks that are assigned to them, they assigned to others, or if they hold a manager-type user role within the company
- Users will receive an email of tasks due that day if applicable
- Users will not receive an email if they assign themselves a task
- Users will receive an email if assigned a task from another user with a link to access the loan directly.
- Within the loan navigate to the tasks section
- Click the green button to add a task
- Complete the fields required to create the task
- It will default to personal and untoggle the personal toggle if you want to assign another user role a task.
