LendingPad and Mutual of Omaha Integration. 

LendingPad is integrated with Mutual of Omaha to register loans and documents directly to their system.

Company Settings

  • System admins can navigate to the settings section
  • Locate the Lenders section. 
  • Add Mutual of Omaha if it is not already part of your list of lenders.
  • Click Save. 

Registering in the file 

  • Navigate to the Overview section
  • Go to the wholesale lender information section
  • Assign Mutual of Omaha from the list 
  • Click the register button
  • Users will be able to select documents from the documents section to send to Mutual of Omaha. 
  • Click the Select Documents button
  • Users will see the fee screen for the fees we have on the backend for the lender. 
  • Users may remove fees as they wish. 
  • Hit save when ready, and the system will register the file and documents with Mutual of Omaha.
  • See this KB on how to set Approved Lenders.
  • If users receive an error saying no NMLS ID found, this indicates you are not registered with Mutual of Omaha to submit loans. Please reach out to them to get approved.

  • MISMO file data and documents will be sent upon registration. From there, the loan must be worked in Mutual of Omaha's system. 

  • After initial registration ANY documents uploaded to the file will automatically export to Mutual of Omaha.
