LendingPad and Rocket Mortgage Integration
Below are the steps to register the loan with Rocket.
- Make sure you are set up within Rocket's system to run the integration. Please reach out to your AE for this. You may receive "No OAuth code provided by third party identity provider" when attempting to login when registering if you are not setup for the integration. Admins may reach out to Rocket to have the entire company set up at one time. Reach out to your AE.
- System Admins should ensure that Rocket is part of their lender list in order for users to choose them on the loan level. See this KB link on how to set approved lenders.
- No credentials are needed in LendingPad, sign-in is supported through an SSO functionality when assigning Rocket to the file.
- Only brokered loans are supported. Lender or Non-Del loans will need to be registered directly in Rocket's portal.
- The integration only supports loan file data transfer and some dates. Documents, fees, and conditions are not supported in the initial roll-out.
- The following statuses will display in the Overview > Wholesale Lender Information section provided by Rocket. Custom notifications are not supported for these statuses. These will not change the status of the LendingPad loan file.

- Loan Setup Complete
- Approved By Rocket
- Referred By Rocket
- HUD Review Complete
- Closing Input Complete
- Warehouse Funds Advanced
- Docs Sent To Settlement Agent
- Final Sign off Pending
- Duplicate
- The following dates will be returned by Rocket and stamped in the LendingPad file.
- LE Issued
- LE Received
- Schedule Closing
- Registered
