Below you will find a list of LendingPad system checks, logic and hard stops that will prevent you from completing loan functions and processes.
Creating a Lead

To accurately report state data, subject property address must have state info. Use “Search” address bar on top line whenever possible. Make sure you clear saved addresses from browsers first.
