List of System Checks, Logic & Hard Stops

Below you will find a list of LendingPad system checks, logic and hard stops that will prevent you from completing loan functions and processes.

Creating a Lead

  • Name, either telephone or email

  • A campaign must be provided

Pulling a credit report

  • LO must be assigned

  • LO must have subject property state’s license

  • Company must carry subject state’s license (if licensing module is turned on)

  • Branch must carry subject state’s license (if licensing module is turned on)

  • Applicant Type must be "Borrower"

Running a document disclosure action

  • Plan code must exist with the programs

  • Estimated closing date

  • LO must be assigned

  • Borrower must have SSN and email address  ( a separate email address is required for all borrowers on the transaction)

Interact with Forms (Print Forms under Action tab)

  • LO must be assigned

Wholesale Registration

  • User must have permission to register a loan

  • SSN and email must be assigned

  • Broker’s LO and LP must be assigned

Lock vs UW Reconciliation

  • Lock data must not be blank

NMLS call report

  • To accurately report state data, subject property address must have state info. Use “Search” address bar on top line whenever possible. Make sure you clear saved addresses from browsers first.

  • System currently does not exclude investment properties

  • System currently does not report pre-qualify and pre-approval loans

  • Must have Application Taken, Closed and Funded dates 
  • Must have compensation entered
