Loading, Unable to Save, browser issues

LendingPad is a fully web-based LOS. We are revolutionary as we provide live updates to loan data and there is nothing to download onto your desktop like other legacy systems. We encourage you to bookmark this system status link to always stay up-to-date with the latest status of LendingPad.

If the status indicates a functioning normally the most likely factors for slowness, unable to save, latency, etc. are due to issues within the web browser itself. Please try the below 

  • Clear cache, cookies, and browser history. 
  • Please follow these steps. 1. Hit CTRL H on your keyboard or Command Y (if Mac). Navigate to the delete browsing history > advanced > All time setting (ensure you do not have passwords checked) > Delete Data option.
  • Check for the latest version of your browser.  
  • Try a different browser 
  • Turn off any extensions on your browser 
  • Check the connection of your network (also try without a VPN if applicable)
  • If your device is managed by your IT team please have them check if there is a 3rd party app that is making loading times slower as some apps scan websites before access. (You may also have a security app on your computer even if your device is not managed by an IT team)
