Lock Versus Underwriting Data Reconciliation

LendingPad auto-tracks any underwriting data changes after the loan becomes locked. The “Lock vs UW Reconciliation” button is in orange color and displayed on top. An email will go out to LA, LO, and LP that underwriting data has changed against lock data with a table highlighted with changes in a sample email shown below.
