      LTV Calculation for Different Loan Types

      1. FHA Loans

          When a loan is FHA, the system will use "Base Loan Amount" to calculate the LTV.

      2. VA Cashout Refi Loan

           When a loan is VA cashout refi, the system will use "Total Loan Amount " to calculate the LTV, if the loan has an application date on/after Feb 15th, 2019 or if the loan doesn't have the application date.

      3. Other Loans

          System will use "Total Loan Amount" to calculate the LTV for all other loans.
