Data is hosted by AWS and is double-backup and encrypted. Because we are already backing up your data there is no requirement to do this outside of LendingPad however please consult your own legal or compliance team.

We do not release our SOC2 reports as it has sensitive industry data on them and we will only release them to a regulator, directly, who may be asking for them.
