The valid company license is required! and/or The valid loan officer license is required!

If you see either or both of these warnings, please note that ALL files need a Loan Officer assigned AND a Subject Property address entered. If you don't have a specific subject property address yet, you can go ahead and enter TBD for the street, then enter a valid city, state and zip.

If these errors persist, please have a system admin do the below

• settings > manage company button (top right) > Licenses and enter the state license for the company.

• settings > user licenses > search for the LO > click on the blue pencil icon > enter the NMLS number and any and all states along with corresponding dates.

NOTE: The licenses will work off the Application Taken date in the file. So if that date is prior to the license from dates in the system these errors will still persist. 

NOTE:  The license may also be EXPIRED. This will be indicated in RED within any licenses section
