Troubleshooting: Error - User not authenticated

Problem: User not authenticated error when running AUS.

Solution

The error, User not authenticated, is stating that the Fannie Mae password entered in LendingPad is no longer valid:

  • The System Admin will need to reset your Password with Fannie
  • Once they have the new password, go to Settings > Actions > AUS > Contacts to enter the new password
  • Credentials can be tested here:  Technology Manager | Fannie Mae
  • Fannie does require system credentials and please ensure the admin for the technology manager website is the one who is updating these credentials.

Please note: this update may take around 30 mins to be effective on the technology manager website.
