      Troubleshooting: Unable to Upload Documents in LendingPad

      Problem: User unable to upload documents.

      Possible Solutions

      •  Documents should be in PDF, JPG, Word, Excel or PNG format
      •  Maximum size limit is 200MB
      • Documents cannot be uploaded in zip files
      • Password-protected documents will not be accepted
      • If you receive an error regarding "PUT": This error is pointing to the quality of the PDF documents. Please try to re-print to PDF on your computer or check with your IT team about an approved document compressor tool.
