Job Description:

We are looking for a full-time entry-level Support Representative to join our high-energy team. The ideal candidate should be able to quickly engage customer inquiries via live chat, email, tickets, and Live support Zoom room. Candidates will work to resolve customer issues while consistently providing a positive and professional customer experience. Quickly recognize the needs of our customers to provide the most efficient resolution.

Requirements:

• 2-5+ years residential mortgage experience is a must
• Experience navigating LendingPad or LOS system a plus
• Polite and professional attitude 
• 2nd shift availability a plus 
• Highly effective communication skills
• Ability to multi-task
• High level of organization 
• At location is a plus but open to hybrid
• Some travel may be required
