LendingPad offers these free, live training courses from industry leading professionals. These Professionals may either be part of the LendingPad team or outside instructors who may also be part of our user base. They will share best-practices, hands-on advice as well as how they utilize the system to close more deals. Come and join us!

101. Origination in LendingPad

This course is designed for loan originators to maximize the use of LendingPad's leading cloud-based LOS. In this course, we will highlight taking loan applications via data entry, POS/CRM's, lead providers, and our apps etc. We will discuss our differences with other legancy LOS systems, the use of our Built-in Point of Sale (POS) tools, running dual AUS's to get better credit decisions, document collection from borrowers, status coordination, and MLO mobile apps / tools to help you better manage and engage your borrowers during the loan origination processes. Enjoy the freedom of working anywhere from the cloud.

201. Processsing in LendingPad

This course is designed for processors/loan processing teams in LendingPad. It is lead by ops managers and processors from the LendingPad team or outside instructors from our lender / broker client base. He/she may also come from our Processing Edition clients. We will go over

  • Notification by either status change messages or by task assignment
  • Getting the file ready to submit to underwriters in house, outside lenders or investors.
  • Coordinate with underwriting and handle conditions
  • Document management
  • Task management
  • Schedule closing
  • Compliance - issue disclosures, file turn downs etc.
  • Best practices to efficiently manage processing tasks in various ways, pulling reports for managing pipelines and a variety of topics.
301. What's New in LendingPad

Held every 6-8 weeks for a look back of the updates we did since the last time this course was held. This course focuses on technical new features we added for the origination and administration side of the system. Both beginners and advanced users are welcome.

401. System Admin Updates & System Configurations

This class is designed for system administrators in configuring the system to perform its best. We advise all clients to review their system configurations and settings quarterly. In-depth discussion on workflow, role management, new admin feature updates, best-practices in the market from hosting thousands of users and what’s ahead of industry changes.

Held by one of LendingPad’s managing directors or by leading consulting firms, we go over best practices in the industry we see currently and how LendingPad helps our clients to be more efficient and profitable. A great system is not a replacement for a good process. Through this course, we will also look into how to design a process to supplement LendingPad to avoid gaps in your loan manufacturing process. Advanced users / system administrators only.

501. Onboarding / Initial Setup

This session is designed for system administrators to set up LendingPad for its first-time use. Please be prepared with your team's contact information, third-party vendors' contacts/credentials, user permissions, security settings and workflows. It is highly recommended that you watch one of our past sessions to prepare for the live setup session.

601. Closing

This course is designed for closers and/or funders to use LendingPad to prepare CD's and draw closing docs. We will go over up data and fee areas prior to sending data to a doc vendor and as well as the best-practices / recommended checklist to guide your closers through closing process.

Topics discussed in this course include a review of credit profile/origination data, additional loan specific data, fees and fee categories on page 2 of the CD, summaries of transactions, payoffs, service providers, pro-rations, prepaid items, escrow, and 3rd-party credits.

701. Underwriting

This course goes over the basics of underwriting a file inside of LendingPad. Document, data, and underwriting panels are discussed in detail. Topics include underwriting roles, views, data reconciliation, adding, editing, assigning batch, and clearing conditions.
