OB Loan Services Guide
Optimal Blue offers API integration to bring up their user interface when clicking the get price button. Please follow the below.
- System admins can reach out to your OB rep and request that you wish to have the new OB API set up in LendingPad
- OB will email our support requesting integration setup items.
- Once we return the items and OB confirms they are set up on their end, you may start using the alternate integration functionality.
- Within their UI, as you change data, it will post back to your LendingPad loan file. See the screenshot below of an example user interface.
Within LendingPad in the Settings > Actions > Pricing Provider > Contacts > choose Loan Services (OB)
- Credentials Source Type - Company or user: if users will run off one set or have their own setup within OB. Your OB rep should be able to help you.
- Username - This is provided by OB and typically in email format
- Service Account Username - Provided by OB and usually "SA_" format
- Service Account Password - Provided by OB
- Service ID - Provided by OB and is "companyname_lendingpadls.v1" format.
- Account ID - Provided by LendingPad and will be generated by LendingPad's support team.
