How to Set Approved Lenders and Account Executives

System Administrators can use the following steps to select the Lenders and Account Executives your company works with, so only those Lenders and Account Executives display in the Lender Information section of each loan file.

 

1.  Go to Settings > Lenders > Manage Lenders

 

2.  To add lenders from our database to your list, click + Add Lenders.

 

Then check off the box next to each lender/AE you want to add, then click + Add Lenders, then Save Changes.

 

3.  To remove lenders and/or Account Executives, click the red " - " to the right of each lender you want to remove

 

Please note, if you do not see a lender you work with or your Account Executive on the list, please send an email to support@lendingpad.com and we can add them to our database.  Provide the lender's name, as well as your AE's name, email address and phone number.  Once we add them to our database, you will then be able to add them to your account by following the steps listed above.
